The Service Department is awesome. Get me in and out as fast as they can. Some dealerships it is two hours just for an oil change.

I just bought the truck in March of this year. An alert for reduced acceleration keeps occurring and the team can't seem to find the problem. I'm disappointed because it's still considered a new vehicle. The team is great, it's the truck I'm disappointed in and I hope this isn't a prelude of what is to come. I think it's only fair to expect reliability from Chevrolet.

I appreciate getting brakes and oil changed in a timely manner. It made for the beginning of our rushed trip to Kentucky! Thanks Ashley and mechanics!

Brought my vehicle in for an open recall. They were able to get it in and the issue fixed very quickly.

It seems they get in to big of a hurry at times, has failed to put new sticker on windshield showing the next change. It would be nice if you wash and clean inside of vehicle with no charge a lot of dealership would.

Great service, Ashley Cravey was very professional and had answers to all my questions and took the time to answer them on a very busy morning of my service appointment. Also liked the conformation call I received from Beth about my service appointment.

Every thing went smooth and effortless. I bought my first new truck from J.M. Jackson in 1983 and I still have it to this day. The same professionalism as back then. I feel like family there.
